RKN Construction Pvt. Ltd., incorporated on 18th August 2004 has been engaged in the business of Flat Promoters, Developers of Residential Houses and Commercial Buildings since incorporation. Prior to incorporation, the Promoter Mr.R.Radhakrishnanandam was carrying on the said activities thru his proprietary Concern, RKN Construction Since 1998.
The Company is managed by the Board. Mr.R.Radhakrishnanandam and Mrs.R.Lalitha are the Promoter Directors of the Company. Mr.R.Radhakrishnanandam is the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company.
Promoter’s Back Ground
Mr.R.Radhakrishnanandam, a Graduate in Commerce, aged about 64 Years has been in this field for the past four decades. Initially he was a contractor doing civil works for Telecommunication Department around Chennai and Maduranthakam and took up Real Estate by promoting and developing housing layouts in Tambaram and Padappai, then the outskirts of Chennai. He started a proprietorship concern to promote Residential Housing Complex in Chennai during 1998 and has completed a number of Residential Projects in the City and in the sub-urban areas. Under his leadership the Company has established a very good name in this space. He was instrumental in developing an efficient work force that are engaged on the projects of the Company as independent Contractors.
Mr.Radhakrishnanandam has specialized in identifying new areas prone to rapid capital appreciation, ahead of others and develops projects there to create value for his customers. He has very good reputation for his outstanding Commitment for quality, on time delivery and good relationship with Vendors and Service Providers.
